How Often do You see Death?

I see him all the time. He's practically camping out beside me these days. Every little possibility of something getting worse and taking me while I sleep is always burning in the back of my mind. Currently, I have written a cause of death statement, and hoping that it is just my imagination playing out again. I was given some leftover seafood stuffing and ate it for dinner. However, while eating it, I felt like there were shrimp in there, and soon, my mouth was tingling and my throat felt tight. Pretty much an allergic reaction. As usual, I have my own treatment method I apply in case of allergens in my throat, and have already done so. Although my mouth already feels better and I am just about normal again, I always think of the worst case scenario. So I have written out that I died due to the seafood stuffing and an allergic reaction, just in case I don't wake up tomorrow. However, I will probably wake up just fine. This has happened many times before and I'm fine. Plus, this isn't my death year, and I already had a severe allergic reaction happen in the past (that one was normally 100% fatal to those that suffer it). Back then, I reacted on instinct to save my life, and though this is minor, I used the same method just in case. I won't tell you that method. One, it's disgusting, and Two, very painful! I don't think you need either in your life right now! Anyway, Death is gradually fading from view, but I'm not going to sleep any time soon! How often do you see Death, and is it over silly little over-reactions like this one?
