it is safe, just never give your passwords to other people, are always remember that you should withdraw in some ATM machines that is crowded, never withdraw in a silent place or less people, you might get a holdup.

For the most part I think it is safe to withdraw money from ATMs but now a days you do need to take more caution as thieves have found ways to steal your information from the machines. I know there has been cases here in Delaware where thieves have installed some kind of device around it that records the information that a person puts into the machine. We need to cover up what we are entering, especially our pin and transaction request.
