Yesterday was good but so tiring! With an Awesome Present!

So we went to Erie as I needed to get a printer, seeing my old one wouldn't work with the new computer. So our daughter Kelsey said she wanted to go and that she needed to go to a few places. So we get to Erie, do a few stores, then they pull into Eyeglass world. Well Tessa needed one her pairs we just got her fixed. So I said I will wait out here. Kels opened my door and said you cant, you have an appointment. I said what? We had planned on getting all of ours but ran out of money but got Tessa hers and Rick his. I had said I would wait and would just save up money toward them. I have to get bi-focals (cause I'm getting old.. lol) and they cost so much more. Here she made plans with Rick to get my glasses. She was paying for them!! Yes I cried right there in the store! I hate crying.. lol I just could not believe she did this for me. So soon I will be able to see and adult color and read easier again. I got her some fancy colored pencils she has been wanting, they were on sale for 10 and we took her out to dinner for doing this for me. I'm just over the moon with her generosity and love that she showed me. Has anyone ever surprised you like this?

Congrats. It is always nice when someone suddenly surprised you that way. (I have always been the one who pays for others so far. My kids could surprise me by suddenly preparing a special dish for me. I so dislike cooking!

Wow!! That is awesome. Especially since this was something you were really needing. It is q shame that as we get older if you need something special like bi-focals, they want to charge you so much more.

Yes it is .. Tessa got 2 pair for 118.00 and if anything goes wrong or if they get scratched they are fixed for free. Mine are over 300 bucks with nothing extra. I did get 2 pairs too thou as they are 2 for whatever price there.
