Who is stupid enough to do this?

So this 21 yr old guy puts his girlfriend's 10 month old baby in the freezer. Apparently the child has a fever, and the supposedly frantic guy tries to treat the kid by a. putting a cold cloth on its head, b. taking it outside in the cold air and then c. putting it in the freezer.
This guy is on trial now for basically abusing the kid, although he says he's not guilty because he had no parental experience and he "left the freezer door cracked" altho the mother says the door was completely shut with her crying baby inside. This guy also claims the baby was in their for less than a minute. Oh really? Then explain the 1st and 2nd degree burns the baby suffered!
So, I'd like to know what your thoughts are on this guy. I mean, seriously, who in their right mind treats a baby's fever by putting it in the freezer? Hellooooo.....give it meds, call the Dr? Ever think about that Mr. freezer guy? So what do you all think?

Anyone with any common sense knows you don't put a baby in a freezer under ANY circumstances. I personally believe this guy shouldn't be allowed the ability to have his own children.

It just sounds like a guy making excuses for child abuse.. There was a guy charged in Australia for putting his girlfriend's baby in the tumble dryer. Luckily the baby survived with only a few burns and bumps..... Hiow sick are these people?????

I thought the same thing. No one in their right mind would put a child in the freezer for any reason. The fact that he didn't even consider contacting his girlfriend, calling a doctor, or talking to anyone for help for that matter says he did it on purpose. I personally think the baby was probably crying, driving him crazy and he flipped out. He's probably got pscyho issues anyway.

I can't believe he actually thinks he did nothing wrong. I mean, come on! Like you said, who in the world treats a baby with a fever by putting them in the freezer? No one that is sane, I'll tell you that. That guy has serious issues.

That poor baby. That guy is a MORON and a lot of other things i would rather not type!
