Off to Texas on an early flight

Alarms will be set at 3:30 AM tomorrow morning, though I will probably be awake. We have a 5:15 AM flight to Denver, connecting to San Antonio with a 55 minute layover. If all goes well, we will be smelling bluebonnets and great Mexican food by 1 PM.
Anne will be attending her Studio Art Quilter's Convention and I will be visiting the city I left at age15 and have not seen since. We should both have fun. Our hotel is on the famed River Walk and I am anxious to walk the whole thing.
We will be back next Wednesday and I hope to have things to share. I am taking my ping pong paddle since I read there are bars where they play.

It was a pretty good trip. The city had grown so much that, while I recognized streets, I had no idea where things were.

It will be a funny trip .The city you left at age 15 surely has changed a great deal.You are a real ping pong lover! You never fail to take a ping pong paddle with you, no matter where you go to.
