Over a day with no internet.

Hello, my friends. The technician just left and did all the easy things that were wrecked by a problem the company had in this area. I called yesterday and a man from the call center (who, by the way, does not even live in this country) made me push this and that button to no avail. Finally he told me I had to configure the web and the TV again. I told him I did not know how and he replied to ask someone in my house to do it. I was mad Besides my living alone, I pay each month to have free service from them should anything go wrong. So I told him that and to have a technician come here ASAP. The man cama today and in minutes he has everything in proper order again. I lost a day of internet, but there´s nothing to do about that. I´ll read your posts now to see what is going on here. All is well that ends well...at least today you have your internet back! Loosing a day on internet may mean a lot...but some times we need to take such bitter pills and proceed further in life dear friend! Just chill and enjoy! Thanks @marguicha! God bless!

I hate talking to people on the phone who don’t know what they are doing. Glad it’s fixed now!
