Direct Express made me mad

So March 6th I ordered a new card and never got it in the mail. I then called back on March 26th to see what was going on and they ordered me a new card with a $4 replacement fee. As of today I still haven't received it and I did call them and tell them whats going on and they are making me wait until at least next week Tuesday to see if it comes, if not, they will order a 3rd card. My son gets his SSI on this card and so I cannot pay bills if I don't have the card. I am half tempted to call SSI and see what to do if I don't get the 3rd card. I am so mad at Direct Express right now its making me want to call SSI now but I am waiting....hoping it comes or they figure out what to do...

Just a quick suggestion: Don't wait, make that call. I mean, can't they track the status of the card?

no they cant. they want to charge me $14 for 2 day shipping otherwise and i dont have that kind of money on that card

I knew they are in the business of making money through the cards, but this seems a bit blatent!
