I was applying for another online job and that one requires me to create a 30 second introduction video about myself. I really had to make sure the video lasted only 30 seconds and had several attempts too. I was being hesitant that I might go beyond what the employer requires. So after around 5 or 6 attempts, I finally did it. Problem now, when I was uploading it, it went beyond the maximum file size required and I had to convert it to another format.
