Just got a box from Omaha Steaks

My parents sent my husband a box of MEAT as a gift to lift his spirits as he recovers from his hip replacement surgery. It contained sirloin steaks, keilbasa (his favorite), pork chops, hamburgers, potatoes au gratin, caramel tartlets, and some other things that I'm forgetting. It was a nice surprise!
He also received a "Man Crate" from my parents' best friends a couple of days ago. It contained a Beer Can Chicken set. That is right up his alley!
My husband is getting all sorts of presents after his surgery. Funny, I don't seem to recall getting any after having my gallbladder out several years ago. . .

Oh, yum. We used to have an Omaha Steaks store nearby, but they closed. I liked running over there and getting their clearanced grill boxes.
