Can anxiety appear without a reason?

Psychologists say that anxiety never appears without a reason. But reality is different. I wake up and without a reason I have a panic attack. Nobody upsets me. I am not stressed out. Just after waking up a panic attack comes. And sometimes they appear while sleeping.

It appears when we don't want some things to happen. Or when we try to control things.

Hello, I have already had this kind of sensation. I think that these crises arrive when something bothers me or bothered me during the day the previous one. Can be also when he has to occur something a little bit important in the days which follow. Sometimes also, further to a dream, he can arrive that this one seems so real as one put little themselves to be anxious.
