chrysanthemum-Our city flower

My hometown, Kaifeng, Central China's Henan Province. Chrysanthemum is the city flower of Kaifeng and since 1983, the annual Kaifeng Chrysanthemum Festival has attracted many tourists from home and abroad. The flowers are really beautiful.Do you have your city flower, friend?

Around here we do not have city flowers. We do have state flowers. I live in Kansas, and the sunflower is our state flower. I like Chrysanthemums, your pictures show some exotic ones. They are lovely.

That is a very pretty flower! Chrysanthemum in the U.S. are very popular in the Autumn season. Our state flower (NJ) in the U.S. is the violet. Also a nice colorful flower

I like Chrysanthemum flowers.But those flowers differ from Chrysentemums we have here.The state flower is called Golden Shower .

@silvermist Wow Golden showers are really beautiful. I have never seen this kind of flowers. This photo is clearer than the one I saw just now.

@caopaopao No,they are not Chrysanthemums .Those are my state flower Kanikkonna or Golden showers.
