Talk about giving an animal rescue charity a great gift to help the Big Sky Animal Rescue charity continue its efforts to assist humans and animals in need in Louisiana. The American Humane And Chicken Soup For The Soul donated 71,000 pounds of pet food to the charity recently. The food donation from the charity was given to the Big Sky Ranch due to the great works of assisting the people during natural disasters Hurricane Harvey and the Baton Rouge flooding. Catherine Wilbert who is the CEO of the Big Sky Animal Rescue Ranch Catnip Foundation is pleased that the donation of food will be used to assist animals in paying medical bills, spay and neutering of animals that are rescued from disasters.

Wow, that is a lot of pet food and pretty amazing how much pet food and food in general gets wasted when it could do some good like this. Not saying this was the wasted stuff, but think you know what I mean.
