Trust issues with colleagues

Hello friends..
Hope everyone had a great weekend with your loved ones..
Trusting is a big issue among co-workers. How to deal with such people. I am sure everyone of us have come across such issues in work place.
Did you ever face it, how did you handle it..

I think you tend to get such people almost every where! Since my job is different type I don't face any such problems. but when my son and daughter in law they complain about such people I just advise to ignore them and concentrate on work! Thanks dear @@prashu228!

Fortunately, most of my colleagues are very friendly. There is a co-worker I don't trust. In fact, many colleagues don't trust her. So you can just ignore her, or him. Because many of your colleagues will not trust him or her If he or she is that kind of person.

Yes it happens to me here in my workplace too but I just don't really mind it. It doesn't bother me any way.

I try to handle it privately. If I can't I go to a manager. Haven't had to very often.

I minded my own work and nevermind anyone else..I had to to survive they were very untrustworthy
