The Boss is back

So, the sun is up, the lead teacher will be back. I am up, and dressed. Hubby got up so I fixed us both hot oatmeal with raisins and dried cranberries and pumpkin pie spice. It was yummy. Tonight is sign language class, so I will be late getting back. Hubby will bowl this week and one more week. The school year is winding down, with practices for a concert and plans for field trips. State assessments are due as well. For our part it should be otherwise a regular week. Horses on Wednesday, swim on Friday. The following week the boss will be gone again, they are having a memorial service for her mom in Oregon. At sixty two she is now an orphan. I am just full of random thoughts today. I hope you have a good day.

Sounds like you have your plate full. For me, the school year didn't wind down until that last Annual Review.

Yes, teachers have more to do than I do.

With the boss back, will your work week be easier or worse?

It's good to have everything back to normal. I'm sorry your boss will be going to a memorial for her mom and is now an orphan.

One thing she has expressed is that she has not really had the time to think about all that has happened, losing her dad, then her mom just two weeks later. She can use some prayers.

@GardenGerty She's probably still trying to absorb it all. I'll pray for her. It won't be an easy time.

Maybe a local school/college would have classes. I am not studying ASL, but rather SEE. Signing exact English signs it the same way you say it including -ed, -ing, and in the order you would speak the words.
