Minors being kidnapped and raped for several days and then killed

There are several demands for death of rapists. As usual, it is difficult for me to sign the death warrant. I would rather the eye of the rapist and kidney of the rapist be harvested, and the rapist and his family (i.e., his spouse, his kids, his parents, and grandparents) be denied rights to hold properties. Once the kidney is gone, it becomes difficult for the guy to take risks with health so raping is definitely out. With the eye gone, people would be warned of the possibilities and steer clear too. Lack of money will create pathetic conditions in which other parents would realize this is not the way they want their child to come up and take measures to correct the children at appropriate time rather than cover up for the child's mistakes out of love. Coming to Asifa's case, I doubt if the child would have been kept at the temple. Whatever may be the grouse, a person with immense faith in his or her religion is hardly going to defile shrines for personal animosity. Keep wondering why their DNA samples were not found. Also keep wondering whether it is coincidence that the baby girl is wearing the same dress as shown in the picture when she was alive, and then shown dead in the same dress. Since the boy has consented for NARCO test, I give him the benefit of doubt. The culprit is somebody else, who wants to send this family away and has planted all the evidences.

I agree with @thehousewife, kill them, kill all those you find guilty, they do not deserve pity and once killed they cannot do this again.

@vandana7 I have the feeling those gang of rapers are protected in your country. There is too much corruption, you have to kill them and those who protect them.

@vandana7 You know, to create "accidents" it's a common practice in politics. Show that chemical weapons were used to justify a bombing, just an example. It is sad, but I think that there is no criminal as bad as a politicians who seeks power.

I really don't know what to say, infact I have an idea to start a discussion about this as read many incidents on same topic. Honestly I am tired up of reading this kind of news. Where we are heading, I don't know? What they are achieving by doing henious crimes? Why small children are involved this kind of crime? Is it the problem of parents? Providing costly smartphone to children, parents do not aware the consequences. My elder son proudly told me yesterday one of his class mate got a costly phone from his father. I asked what he wanted to do with that phone, he is in 12th standard and he supposed to study rather than spending time with his phone. He nodded and told me many of my class mates owning costly mobiles. I understand his disappointment in his words. He knows well, we are financially struggling at this point so getting a phone is not possible. But he did not know even if I have plenty of money in my hands I am not going to provide a mobile for him at present. I know at this point of time he does not require the same. He often complains he is getting notes and information through whatsup and teacher is using this medium to communicate. I told him you please give them your father's number or mine for those purposes. According to him owning a phone is a need but I can't support his views anyway.

Aw...I know how it feels. But here is something you can take heart from. I have been going to the bank regarding my missing document and there is a college close by. The boys from the college tended to take pictures of the girls (it is a coed), and discuss it among themselves..haila kyaa gazab diklai re...dikha dikha ..kab li...teri to..and then stopped since I passed by. (How beautiful she is looking...another says show me show me, when did you take this picture...your (sentence was stopped).

@vandana7 haha I know all these things happens. Luckily his school is not allowing carrying mobile phone in the school premises. Children can do whatever they want with their mob at home or outside home.

I can't see the photo. Regardless, I think your government needs to do something about this case. It would be a shame if it would be an unsolved case.

I am kind of lost because some are trying to say it is communal hatred. It is not. It is lust.

@vandana7 I also think it is not that particular reason. It should be an evil act that trying to get away from his crime.

Kill anyone who would do something like that. That way they will not be free to rape again.

I feel if the punishment becomes like that, cases would prolong, bribes would increase, corruption would increase too.

My solution to those kind of men is to cut off their weenies @vandana7 . Give me a knife and I'll take care of business.

And even so, that is only half justice. The girls suffered, so corresponding suffering is missing. Girls lost social respect. Corresponding loss of social respect is missing. Girls are psychologically disturbed. The guy loses nothing. The family feels hurt, and pain, the boy's folk feel nothing. The girls lost their lives. Parents of the girls lost a child, corresponding repair is missing. Is killing rapist repairing the harm? They can's see his cut weenies. Make the mother cut it in public. That would be perfect. But even so, he will heal, the girl is never coming back. I don't want him to heal.

That person has no soul. Tsk. I wish it would never happen to his family. But let karma do its bidding.

@mlgen1037 Parenting is an art...even worse ...today we read about a father along with his friends raping his daughter because he suspected her to be somebody else's daughter. Get it? There are DNA tests!

Instances of rape are so despicable! Sick and appalling! To make one submit to an act against their will is such a inhumane behavior.
