I must be feeling better

I have been miserable since having that tooth pulled. Both from it and from a new virus going around. Many students and staff have sore throats and lots of congestion. I can judge that I feel better today. I got up and made blueberry muffins. What is for breakfast at your house? How do you know when you feel badly or how do you know when you feel better? I knew I was not in good shape yesterday, I did not even want to myLot. Here I am today.

We had orange and poppy seeds muffins for breakfast. I made the muffins two days ago, they are in the freezer, I take out two every evening to have them ready for the breakfast.

Those sound delicious. Yes, having baked goodies ready in the freezer is awesome.

I think I know I'm better when I just get up and get on without thinking about whether I can or not. If that makes sense.

That does make sense. You do not have that inner conversation about all the reason you must get up, you just naturally do it.

Hi Heather. Yummy blueberry muffins. I had yogurt and pears for breakfast. I know I feel bad when I am not in the mood or when something I did not like happened. I know I feel better when things are going smoothly. I hope yours too. Take care.

You are so right. When things are not going smoothly in our lives we get to feeling badly as well.

Glad you're feeling better today. When I'm feeling badly, I just want to stay in bed.

I do not get that option but I am not sure I could handle staying in bed very long at all.

It seems ever since I started this job I have been sick. And then in the summer it is hubby's turn.
