Balut a must try streetfood in the philippines

We have eggs and eggs are one of the most popular choices of food it contains protein but have you tried balut a developing bird embryo usually ducks being boiled. When I was a child I don't eat balut I only eat boiled egg I always say yuck to balut but growing up I learned to love balut it has a very tasty soup and can be accompanied by salt or spicy vinegar. You can find balut in the Philippines or just by hearing it at night a man shouting Penoy Balut!...

Never tried that dish before. Someone did offer me before, but I declined, knowing that they treasured that dish (while I was a bit not keen).

I used to like balut when I was young. Now, I find it yucky, but I like the soup and the yolk. We are opposites! I like my balut hot.
