Trip to Mexico Coming up Soon!

When I was younger, I used to visit my family in Mexico every summer. It helped me put things in perspective by getting away from my everyday life and to appreciate the little things. I've been away for YEARS and now I have a trip planned very soon. Now that the tickets are booked and I'm all set, I was thinking of starting a blog or something. I'm still discovering new platforms and don't know what would work best. I'm thinking maybe a travel blog on Tumblr or Instagram...
Do you have suggestions or advice on this? Feel free to share your own experience or your own blog. Maybe I can get some ideas that way. I would really appreciate it! :)

I wish I knew how to use WordPress :(
I've heard Squarespace is pretty good and not so expensive. How would you "affiliate"?

Do you have enough for a travel blog? If so, did do that. Maybe talk about trips you want to take or give information on places you visited. Right now I think it would be a good idea to write a blog on going to visit Mexico after being away a long time. How it is to be there now as a visitor, how things have changed? I like writing blogs when I do them.

That is cool! I hope you eat lots of good food and have a nice time with your family! Yes, you should make a blog, this will show others how you are doing and what you enjoy about the trip.
