I just noticed here in Mylot that those short post seems to get more responses and the long ones had a few. Why is that? Are we tired of reading long one's or we just don't seem to have an idea with the post. In my case, short or long post as long as i have an opinion i am giving/sharing it. How about you do you prefer short or long post to respond?

I like to have something interesting to respond to, so long posts are more likely to have that.

Basically the contents of the topic interests me irrespective of the length! I read the post completely, if needed more than one time and respond accordingly ! So you can say I have got no preference as per the length of the discussion! Thanks @chavezrmc!

@AKRao24 From the start with just the title alone you can already tell if it interests you.So no matter how long you are curious to finish and more than willing to share your views on the subject

@chavezrmc , Yes, i agree with you! But there are some people here ....just to make the discussion more interesting they give entirely different title to the discussion which they mention later on in the discussion about it ! I appreciate their smartness and sense of humor

@AKRao24 There are cases when you can feel there is more than the title itself. And honestly I am checking first the post and responses of those I followed and when I am done then I will be checking on other's.

This is a discussion forum not a writing site. It's much easier to start a discussion with a short post than a long one.

@LadyDuck of course the content matters but if i have to choose, i'll go with short ones first and come back later and check on the long ones. Most of the time i check on my friend's post first

No problem with long/short size. I always check the name of the discussion. If it feels me good then I write comment irrespective of post size.

@workathomefan I get it now mostly are responding on post with interesting topic but i guess the reason why the short ones get most replies as they are short to read and one can reply as soon as they finished reading.
