I usually go to bed when I am tired. Makes sense to me, but it is never at a specific time. Could be 10 pm or 3 am. Do you have a regular bedtime?

Yes I have.. my work is from 9 am to 6 pm so I usually go to bed at 8 am after dinner

I usually fall asleep around 11 pm.

It is 11:30 pm over here and I think when I finish with my lot I will hit the sack!

Yes I have my regular bed time which will be from 11 pm to 5.30 am. If I do not sleep this time then I can't sleep in that particular day.
