What Do You Do So You can Focus?

What I do is to list down all my task and put a time limit on it. I follow it and then boom! I got unfocus again! Hehehehehe... I just hope I know how to focus even if I am surrounded by a lot of interruption. I just hope I have a mind like those I watch on the movies and dramas. It is amazing how they manage to focus on their goals in life especially their own selves. I hope you guys can share a bit of your secret on how you can focus on what you do everyday n life.
