AC clean again

It's rare to have the AC since it requires more than two people to even carry it. A good thing about this tenant is that they have a maintenance on their AC. So, we asked them clean ours and it didn't take long.
How long before you decide to have the AC clean? Relatives will be coming months from now so this will be use often.

In Baguio we don't need to have aircon hehehe!!! For me , our weather is perfect

We normally get our ACs clean before the onset of summer and if required once or twice in between depending upon the weather conditions and the running of the AC. We have storms and the place where I live is sandy so the AC require cleaning after the sandy storms! Thanks!

@Letranknight2015 Something got in the ceiling and chewed the plastic piping and when we turned it on it was leaking. It's fixed now.

We get our AC clean during Feb. Then we clean it every month during summer's (till September)
