Being a huge fan of the first movie, i was quite excited to hear there was going to be a sequel. But this movie is quite a disappointment. I'm glad they kept some actors from the first film, but it did not help a lot in saving this movie. 
it was a bit boring and cliche, and you don't really care much about the characters. 
it was still exciting to see the jaegars fighting though

I am upset that they killed Mako Mori who is the star of the first movie. They killed her in the first few minutes of the movie.

@lady1993 This is their chance to have an Asian franchise star in Hollywood and they killed her role in the first few minutes. I wont mind her character dying if it happened in the end but they want to make the star wars guy the bigger star.

Sadly, I found out that my mom watched it with her friends. meh, I'll just wait for it in cinemas.
