I fell, injured my elbow and broke my phone

Yesterday afternoon I decided to go with my mother and my cousin on a walk. Everything was going well, but I didn't noticed a hole in the ground and I ended up putting my foot there and falling. I injured my elbow and I felt such a strong pain that I couldn't even get up, I felt dizzy and out of balance for 2-3 minutes. After that I picked up my phone to call my husband and surprise ... it's glass was broken.
About the phone I really don't mind as it is an old one and I was already looking for a new one, but my elbow hurts a lot, I put ice and a cream, and I have been taking ibuprofen, but it seems to me that now I touch with it everywhere

Sorry to hear about your fall hope your elbow feels better soon and that you get a new phone soon now that your screen is broke sounds like iyou will need one soon.

I hope your elbow is okay Manuela! I hope it doesn't get worse. If the pain becomes worse, or you start to see a lot of swelling or bruising, please go see a doctor! Also sorry to hear about your phone, but at least that can be replaced.

Sorry about your fall. I hate it when I trip on holes in the ground too. Although, I've never broken any bones from falling.
After you sure nothing was broken? I've sprained both knees at once before. That wasn't fun and kept me out of work for a week.

@nela13 we'll take it slowly until it heals completely. When we overdo it there can be a setback and you won't want that.

Oh no I hope you didn't damage your elbow too much. It is probably bruised quite good. You poor thing!! I am glad that it was just your phone that was broken. Take it easy with your elbow for a few days. Take care and hope you feel better.
