Marriage or breakup?

My girlfriend's genotype is SS and mine is AS, is it advisable to get married? Is there anything we can do to minimize the consequences?

We cannot alter the genotype of ourselves and of the offspring. From medical point of view, I don't think it would be advisable. Rest doctors know it better.
