Hello friends! I went through an advertisement in newspaper about bariatic surgery to reduce fat. There are many types of bariatic surgeries in which doctors minimize the size of the stomach of patients so that they have lesser food and eventually they lose weight over the period of time say one to two years. When I goggled it for India, I found maximum obese in India are from Rajasthan, the place where I am living. It grabbed my attention even more. Now I am really concerned about the health of my family. I am looking for healthy measures to stay fit. So what do you do to stay fit and healthy? Would you recommend something?

@anamika161088 Honestly the best thing you can do, is just eat very healthy. No take out food, no fatty foods or really salty / sugary foods. Don't have big meals. Eat plenty of veggies, fruits, grains. In fact cutting out carbs can do wonders! That can help you lose weight easily too! Drink plenty of water too. And exercise. Every single day. Even if it's just a long walk every day for about 30-45 minutes. You can also look up exercise videos online that can work out specific body parts. There is one woman who I adore. Her name is Tiffany Rothe. She is very inspiring. She makes it fun too.

@anamika161088 That's so true! Healthy diet can give healthy nails, hair and skin. I love eating almonds too for healthy nails and hair. And of course water is great for everything.

@VivaLaDani13 I like dried fruits too. Water is the best thing for our body. Keeping ourselves hydrated is the best way of living healthy life. Dairy products also add nutrients required by our body
