What Do You Do When You Can't Sleep?

Well here i am yet another night, sleepy but can't sleep.
I will be like this for a few nights straight before i finally get a good nights sleep. I stay away from food and drinks 3 or so hours before bed.
So i crochet to get stuff done and hopefully make me sleepy. I'm just doing little cat coasters tonight. This is a cat butt coaster i just finished.

Yes I have sleeping issues as well.. I just mylotting, lying in my bed when I can't sleep

I normally can make a good sleep but there are times when sleep does not want ro come. I usually do mylot and read.

It's for placing your drinks so you don't get tables wet etc. This one is designed to look like a cat "facing the other way" LOL

That coaster is adorable haha
I normally just lie there and watch something on my TV. I do get really bad insomnia and so sometimes I just give in and keep working on my computer until I feel like I'm going to pass out.

Those are lovely, Debs. I get sleepy fast, most especially when I read a book or watch something.
