Those Poor Mailboxes And Face Smashing

A few nights ago I had a dream but I seen nothing important about it so I let it go. Later on in mylot @TheHorse was talking about his dream and breaking it down so I added mine and then later broke it down. In the dream I had encountered a smart mouth lady and she had parked next to me in the small parking lot, when I left I accidentally hit her car in the quarter panel because she parked crooked, I drove off. Now back to real life. Yesterday evening we took the garden tiller to my Uncle in the old neighborhood and where the rentals are, and my sister lives. This neighborhood is on the side of a mountain with a roller coaster type hills, Just before going up to top of one hill we met a white SUV in the "middle" of this semi narrow road, speeding! Coming at us head on, I was like all WHOA`S and tense and holding on to the overhead handle, Tony swerved over into someone yard and at the last second the guy pulled over into his lane. Very tense moment. Was the dream a sign of a possible wreck? When we topped the hill the old man that lives there was at his fence I looked over to see what he was looking at, his and one of my tenants mail boxes had been knocked down, again. Seems this guy just wiped them out. These poor mailboxes get it all the time. When done in this neighborhood we went out for a fish dinner. The place was rocking and rolling, that means busier than any Monday night I had ever seen, so the food would be fresh and hot but with a wait. I was cool with that! Then just when I least expect it here comes my elderly tenants, the ones that don`t drive and with their friend. just when they looked up and seen Tony sitting in the booth they seen me at the other window..... out of boredom I had smashed my face against the glass so it looked ... well you know. The oldest walked to the window and acted like she would punch it, just like a little kid would do the other little kid smashing their face. Inside the oldest sat with me and Tony, the others sat in the back. You may think "how nasty!" but if I would have been in my car I would have licked the window That`s right! Old body but young and fun mind!

I was behind a driver yesterday who must have gone to sleep as he crossed two lanes and bounced up onto the median strip. Luckily there wasn't much traffic about.

What a tense moment! The really scary thing about drivers like that is that you have no clue what they'll do. Go back in their lane? Swerve completely into yours? Of course they wouldn't stop to admit the property damage they'd done. Ugh. Some people just plain suck.

Would have loved to catch you sitting like that. Glad you were able to get out of the way of the other car. There was a car versus tractor wreck on the other side of town from us yesterday. As big as the tractors are anymore how do you not see them?

It is good to be fun and laugh makes us stay young. I'm getting back to that, finally my mood is getting so much better. Not so tired, grumpy and just blah. Things are getting better!

The dream could be a warning. That is nerve wracking for a narrow roaf and a speeding car. Whew!
