I need help in my phone!! / myLot

I need your help upgent. I have a phone and it is bypass the charging, the technician installed charging module. Now everytime I charge it I need to remove the battery and put it on in order to refresh the percentage. And the worst part is the android is optimizing. And it drain my battery percentage sooooo bad. Do you have any Idea how to refresh the percentage even I don't remove and insert the battery again?

I have no idea how but you can actually restart your phone and in the most extreme case you will have to do a factory setting

thank you for your suggestion. I think I need to search how to remove the optimizing apps in startup
