I got to talk to my daughter for the first time in almost 8 months she said she has been grounded but I find it hard to believe. A lot of you probably did not realize I had kids I do but went through a nasty divorce and their father turned them against me. She told me happy mother’s day for the first time since the divorce. My daughter will be graduating high school next week so hard to believe. I will not get to be there because it is in Tennessee and don’t have no way there or any place to stay. But here is a picture of my baby girl she sent me tonight.

Congratulations on your daughters graduation. It is lovely that she sent you a photo of her. I am pleased that she said happy mother's day to you. I hope in the future you will get on with your daughter more. I was 10 years old when my parents got divorced.

Yeah I don’t talk about them that much because it hurts how my ex-husband just up and left and took them with him. I could make this a long post but I won’t.

I'm glad you got to speak to her. It is a shame you won't get to be at the graduation. Some schools live-stream graduations online for relatives who cannot be there in person. You might check the web site for information to see if they are doing that.

I agree I think in time they both will see what there dad is like. My only complaint is he is setting a bad example of what to do in a marriage especially if you don’t want to be with someone.
