About "Happy" serie

I just finish watching first season from this title,so,probably now it's time for my review.First of all,i didn't have any info for this one,before watching it.It was blind search.Of course,i see that this one is from syfy channel,but,in the past many of the syfy stuff were not that great.Anyway,this thing is made from comic,but,not some superhero comic.Major character,is everything but the hero.He's ex cop,now real disaster,with no moral,hit men for mob ,all in all ,he's real misery.On the other side there is some little girl,kidnapped by some bad Santa.So,this little girl must find the way to save herself,and,she believe that only person who can save her is that dirty,miserable cop.Why him?You must watch show for that.And how can she contact him?Well,with a little help from her imaginary friend "Happy".So be prepared for black humor,idiotic scenes,and,all in all real mess characters.This show mix some very strange things,and,i was thinking that this is not going to work,but,all in all,this one is not that bad.I mean they mix child world with criminal world,lot's of blood,and,when you think that this is going to be bad one,this is actually good.But,with one thing in mind,this is not for kids,at all.I see they will make second season,so,this madness will continue.

Is this the name of a new movie on the horizon? I haven't heard of it, and I am sure I wouldn't want to watch it. A mix of science fiction and horror? I just don't watch horror movies since my dad would scare me so much when I was a child, I was afraid to go to sleep at night.

Well,if i describe,it's a black comedy,with very twisted humor.Actually,as i say it's a comic,who become serie.If this was a serie without humor,probably i would compare with Twin peaks,but,humor here is so twisted,sick,and caracters are really something.It's not horror,but,it had pretty much blood and violence,and on the top of that,that's funny.It's like you watch "The Simpsons",as a non comic.

@Nomda43 Right, so certainly I wouldn't be interested in that movie. I am familiar with the Simpsons, have seen a couple of episodes but not a show that I would seek out to watch out myself.

It's not a movie,it's a serie. And,yes it's new one.Only one season.But,what a season.
