you can go to www.register.com and check whether your desired domain name is available or not. If it is then u can register it with them or you can also ask another domain name providers like rediff.com or any other provider in your city or someone else somewhere to register the domain name for you. I think you can find easy domain deals in rediff.com or any other provider bcoz these days domain's are very cheap than they used to be.
