The public is quite used to this kind of celebration by now but Diana's and Charles' wedding was much watched and appreciated.

@allknowing Personally what puts me off is they tend to flatter only to deceive. Despite the pomp and pageant of Diana/Charles wedding, they were not made for each other even from the word go - echoing the now despised arranged marriages in India. I tell in jest they were love after marriage but not before, though nowadays it is the opposite sometimes! I do wish Harry and Meghan well and I hope they follow Prince William and Catherine in terms of marital bliss - siva

@allknowing It is getting tougher for the couples to commit and mostly it is an uneasy alliance. It is uncharted territory soon especially when both parties have careers they want to pursue with a vengeance! siva
