One of my male friend just told me that one of his co-worker just resigned. It is normal for one to resign from his work but then I asked if she has gotten a better offer but no, she just resigned. I told my friend that maybe she doesn't like the company anymore and perhaps want to sort out herself. I know this lady and my friend works in the same department but he just told me that they haven't been talking to one another for more than nine(9) months. I was shocked but could this be the reason she resigned. Is not talking to someone that powerful to have made this lady to resign.
