What's for dinner? May 21

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! I am making pork, kielbasa, and sauerkraut in the Instant Pot. I made this once before (without the kielbasa) a couple of weeks ago and it came out really well so I'm doing it again. I'm going to try some different seasonings with it this time. To go with it I'm making garlic beans sauteed with garlic and mashed potatoes. That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

This is an important subject! I had a productive day today, and may treat myself with Thai food to go. It will be either Tom Kha Gai (soup) or chicken curry with rice.
