Good morning on a windy and sunny Tuesday to you my friends, how was your night? For us here it was still warm. It was announced few days ago that there is a scheduled power interruption today but we expected that we will be spared because the feeder where we are connected to was not indicated. Good thing too we always charge our phones while we sleep. This 7am, I was quite surprised when the lights suddenly went off. I immediately called up the cooperative and was then informed that we are included with the 7am to 6pm power outage. Adding to that, the water supply since yesterday was also reduced due to little or no pressure from the pumping station. It is somewhat gloomy this morning and I hope it will be gloomy until 6pm; otherwise the heat index might rise up to 50 degrees and that's not good. I will continue to update my notifications once power resumes and I hope it will resume as scheduled and not later than the 6pm time. I am posting this at 12:30pm while the generator is on. I will check on the site when electricity resumes.

@ridingbet We do not have this superstition. This morning I see the sun, I am glad it stopped raining, I have mushrooms growing in my lawn.

@LadyDuck wow, mushrooms. my mother once told me that edible mushrooms grow in the ground that is covered with banana leaves, and they grow when there is thunder and lightning.

I am in office and much sleepy. Yesterday night there was frequent power interruptions was there. Once the power is back and we started to sleep the power goes off. This continues many times at night. So I had a troubled night. Power is playing very badly.

@ridingbet I don't know dear, yesterday night was more pathetic and more power cuts. The heat is so up and even can't stand outside.

@mlgen1037 hija, it is because you make good responses to the comments made, and that is what i like. i think you have noticed me just liking those comments as 'thank you' and/or emojis. i, at 58 summers, still like to expand my knowledge.

Does everyone have generators.. ? that is a very long time to shut people electricity off for. it is unhealthy to have to live in that heat with no fans.

I can imagine how hot in your place without electricity. I had seen some photos lately that people are whining about the hotness of summer.

This power outage must be very annoying, the only good thing is that you're saving in electricity bill but I'm not even sure it's really worth it. Hope you'll have a good day nevertheless.

@ridingbet That sucks. I mean, they aren't happy with power interruptions, they also increase the price of electricity.

my friend, although we did not use electricity yesterday, would you believe that our electric bill went up? it is because the fees stated in the receipt showed increase in whatever that is printed there. i think a kilowatt/hour increase by a few cents.

@sabtraversa yes that is so true. and yet, the salaries of the workers are not yet increased and all prices of commodities are already sky-high.

but the warmth of the temperature there is not as hot as here. hahaha! good thing too for you, my friend, because you have the AC. the water shortage lasted until 6pm, so when the water from the tap was stronger, i watered the plants. they need to be nourished with water too.

@just4him what do you mean? our power outages are not real? do you think i am making up? i am sorry, my friend, but that is how i understood your response. i would not make up situations like these because it is the truth, and i don't make up stories. what you read is what you get.
