Conserving ones income

Spending money comes without even thinking about it,but conserving might be the last thing on our minds but conserving is better than spending.How do you conserve your income no matter how little for the rainy day?

Well, I am spending it wisely.. the half goes to my savings and the half is for myself. I love saving money. It's my habit.

Simple but smart ways for me are, planning our weekly meal, buying groceries with a list, doing DIY fun for the kids and I to play.
