OK, this is the food I made by my bread machine today. It is something really new for me. I made the Indian pancake and with the curry chicken soup. I guess it looks like an Indian feast already?

Wow! That looks great! Is it baked? In India we use oil to fry the pancakes and they are oily and greasy! I will try to post a picture! Thanks!

Oh... I might make a huge mistake. I baked the Indian pancake. I am afraid I don't use the oil to fry the pancakes as well as you. Baking is easier for me

@youless Well in many Indian malls, we have some of these as baked too.

It looks like Nan (made up of all purpose flour.) adding onion seeds on it. Hope it will give you some relief.

Naans are layered ones...it looks more like Kulcha to me, which is not layered @Sreekala, may be I am wrong!

@youless , Kulcha is also a Indian bread, made after fermenting the dough with some toppings added to it! Thanks!

I think Nan is still an Indian food. At least I didn't make something else

First things first. Indian food is not prepared in a bread making machine. Those look like Naan to me which are prepared in a 'Tandoor' If you found them tasty then that is all that matters.

@youless It is not a pancake. Pan cakes are thin and fried on a flat pan where some oil is applied

@youless It looks yummy!! Tell us how did it taste. Chicken curry looks a little less spicy for Indian taste buds

@id_peace Now I found many Mylotters said it is Naan bread. So at least it is still a kind of Indian food

A few minutes will be done. Baking doesn't spend much time. And the bread machine made the dough by itself. So I don't have much to day anyway

@hereandthere I have not made bread in ages but I do like it for the dough. You get a nice dough without adding tons of flour in for kneading.

@youless that's the comment i usually read about the bread machine. it helps with the dough.

It does not look very Indian, but I am sure it's good. I make curry chicken soup, in a normal pot of course.

It looks good not bad at all. Looks a bit fat. I think it's due to machine. But as long as chicken soup is there I would love to have it. Anyway your experiment is nice, fruitful and fantastic.
