I feel that I will be full of pain tomorrow. My back pain did not go away with the medicine I took and the rest didn´t help either.
Sometimes my back starts to behave badly and it takes its time to relax and stop hurting. I had back surgery many years ago and although in general everything went fine, no one is left as good as new.
I am going to lie down in bed now and rest. The day is gone and it´s time to sleep anyway.
