About Shampoo

In the past decade or so, my hair gets so tangled when I wash it, I have to use some kind of Conditioner on it right after I use Shampoo. I have tried those two in one Shampoo with Conditioner all mixed together, but I don't like that. I like to have the separate shampoo and then conditioner.
I really like those deep conditioners that come with the temporary color kits. They always help with the tangles real well.
Do you use Shampoo only , or do you use Shampoo and Conditioner, or do you use the two in one Shampoo & Conditioner combined?

I've tried using 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner but I don't get the result I get from using a separate conditioner. I shampoo almost everyday or every other day. I always use a separate conditioner after every shampoo because of my hair gets dry and frizzy without conditioner.

I am lazy, so what I did was mix both shampoo and conditioner and put them onto my head, scrub!

I'm too lazy to do one and then the other so I use a two in one. After I towel dry my hair I put some detangling spray through my hair then comb/brush it. It keeps the hair from tangling after it is dried.

When I was a child, on occasion, I would spray a detangling spray onto my hair for tangles.

I could never use 2in1s until I got to be around 20. And now, everything makes my hair knotted. And bad at that.
