Hello everyone.
Chewing.What is the proper way of chewing.
which side do you chew on.
If you are right handed chew on the right and left handed the left.
Lot of people take big bites which is wrong.
They recommend chewing slowly and small pieces.
I chew mostly on my right.sometimes on the left.
Whatever is comfortable for you.
Plus I eat very slowly to enjoy my food.
I see people gobbled up food so fast.
We have a couple here.Always eating fast and I feel so uncomfortable with this.

I eat slowly and mostly chew on my right side. My son in law eats so fast that I swear he just inhales his food.

I chew on both sides. I agree eat slow and enjoy the food, I am usually the last to finish eating.

@amadeo I am right handed. The reason I chew on my left side is because my molars on the right side are tipped towards the inside of my jaw on the bottom and the top is tipped toward my cheek so my molars don't come together making it hard to chew on that side.

I always eat an early lunch during our snack time at the office 10:00 - 10:15. I would go down like the others to buy my viand since I pack my rice. Thus, when I go back to the office, I eat fastly. But it will always be more than the 15 minutes.

I'm a righty when it comes to eating food. Yes, the experts do say to eat slow and chew food thoroughly. I need to follow their advice
