Grape Juice is healthy for you.

I am home alone and feeling blue. So I took a picture of the grape juice bottle. Grape juice does taste good and it is good for you.
Grape juice has vitamin B2,vitaminK and copper in it. Grape juice helps with your blood sugar levels
Also grape juice is good for your heart. I have afib so I try to eat and drink things that are good for my heart.
My picture did not turn out as good. A bottle of grape juice.

I read about a study that a lot of AFIB is caused by lack of vitamin C, Tony got on the vitamin C and his has stopped. Try taking one vitamin C tablet daily.

Grape juice that is real is great! We all know some products have additives we don't need or want.
It puzzles me how some juices will say "100%" and the first ingredient is water. It would be nice to know the percentage of juice we are buying.

It was at Grocery Outlet they buy food cheaper and sell it cheaper. As long as it is not expired we buy it. It tasted really good.
