Does anyone use Skylom and Baymack?

I found 2 sites. They are like a lottery game. But I don't know if they are scams. I noticed that they only pay low amounts of money. I redeemed $1.5 and they didn't pay me. When I redeemed $0.15 I was paid very fast. Do you use such sites? Do you know if they are scams?

I have used skylom before and yes they paid me an amount of $.12 which winnings rarely happen. lol I never returned back on that site again. That site is a total waste of time.

Yes I used those sites before, I got $3 from Skylom before.
