Hello fellow Mylotters! How are you? I hope you are all fine. I am.
Have you eaten a crepe before? A few weeks ago, I went with my Thai workmates in an Ice Café in our city after our work. It was already 7 in the evening and so we have chosen crepes with ice cream and some fruits on top as our dinner. I have chosen strawberries for the crepe toppings. It was the first time I have eaten crepe and I was delighted trying what I have ordered.
Have you tried crepe before? What did you have for fruit toppings? Next time I will make my own crepes and might top them with mango and Avocado.
I hope I haven't made you hungry seeing the photo above. I would love to have this right now but I am tired of cleaning the house and preparing for my travel.

@thelme55 When I make sweet crêpes we like the classic French "Crêpes Suzettes", there is no topping, but a sauce with orange, sugar and a bit of orange liquor. My favorite entree crepes are with ham and mushrooms and shrimps and white sauce. I prepare them filled and not topped. This is a photo of my mushrooms and hams crepes.

In my family we usually only had them once a year for breakfast on Christmas day. I introduced them to my husband and they became a favorite food of his. We now enjoy them on multiple special occasions throughout the year.
I enjoy mine with a strawberry and cream cheese filling topped with powdered sugar and whipped cream. He prefers peanut butter, chocolate and caramel when it comes to his his since he isn't a fan of fruit.

That is great. I still have peanut butter here. It will not become boring to make crepes I supposed as we can make different variations of it. Thank you @things4gotten

@thelme55 You can make sweet or savory. My husband has a sweet tooth so we stick to sweet. There are a lot of different fillings you can try and I have seen dozens of recipes on pinterest for even adding various flavors to the batter. Never tried them though.

Yes, maybe @ridingbet. If you have eaten a pancake that was so thin, then, it could have been a crepe.

@thelme55 It tastes good and delicious, given that the mangoes are ripe and sweet.
