Well, so much for reporting daily. Going back to work about wiped me out. So I guess I shall report roughly once per week on the progress I am making. Usually I indulge in the sweet treats. You all would not believe how many of our clients bring in things like cupcakes, muffins, donuts, candy, and more bad foods I cannot remember to name. It is no wonder most of us cannot fit into our clothing anymore. Yesterday, my biggest challenge came in the morning. One of my coworkers mothers loves to bake, and sent cookies. This coworker asked if I wanted one. I said no thanks. And I don't know why, but she asked again if I was sure. I am like, yes! I did get snack hungry mid-day. Luckily, there were some whole grain granola bars at my desk. So I munched on one of those. Only 180 calories. Not terrible. Also I should say that I had a huge issue this last year with acid reflex. Before I quit the apple vinegar cider/honey regimen, I didn't have this issue. I noticed since I began this drink again, most of those issues have left. Well I must go for now. The day is about to begin and I must be on my game. Hope everyone has a great day and will continue reading.
