Outstanding in his field

Hubby is beginning his field inspection duties today. He actually walks a section of a seed wheat field. His job is to determine what kind of growth it had, and also to look for disallowed weeds and nuisance plants. He has not done this for a while, and he is doing it in a different area so it is a little bit tense for him, but it usually pays well. I have put more henna in my hair, as what I did last week did not cover enough of the gray to suit me. I will probably work on mowing the front yard for a while. It is hot today and a bit cloudy. There is always work that needs to be done inside as well. Of course I will read, like and comment more today than I have in a while.

Has he ever discovered any Crop Circles on his daily rounds in the fields?

Some love it, some hate it, but it is a healthy treatment for your hair.

@GardenGerty That is something I can't deny. But I'm blond and I want my hair to stay that way. That's all.

He loves it. He is an outdoor type guy. Kansas is one of the top producers of seed wheat.

My husband uses hair color with no amonia. And it suits him.

I know there are even hair colors just for men that work gradually. I like henna because when it grows out it is gradual.

I imagine your husband is a bit tense, but I am sure he knows his job very well. I tried henna once, but it gave my hair a reddish tone that my husband did not like at all.

I like the red, although I also tone it down a bit with indigo.

@GardenGerty My natural color is dark blond with lighter blond natural strikes, the red does not look nice on me.

It went fine, he may not have much work. Our wheat is not good and it may be that the growers will not have it inspected to sell for seed this year.

I have not tried henna for my hair. I don't like experimenting when it comes to my hair and so I keep on using the same black color and the same brand of hair dye to cover my gray hair.

Years ago they discontinued the commercial hair color that I liked and it did not cover gray well. I like henna although it is a long process.
