In today's times it has become such an important thing to do a job or business for women. Don't get me wrong I am not against it. It's good to have job, being financially independent and all. I believe it's a choice at the end of the day which every individual makes for doing job or not. Still the society in which we live unfortunately functions on rigid rules and regulations. It's so judgemental and opinionated that it's sickening to thrive in such society. People in society in current times lays so much emphasis on doing job. They need to know whether u are doing a job or if not then studying further and what not. I think every individual is free to do what one wants and free "not" to do what one doesn't wants. So why this unnecessary typecasting done by society that if u don't have a job, u aren't talented or are lazy. If u don't do job why don't u take tutions or do something else. It gets on our nerves literally. I just hoped if everybody mind their own business and don't give people unwanted advice or judgements. A women who does work at home is also doing a very important work just because she doesn't get paid in cash or kind doesn't lessens her efforts which she puts in serving her family and making them happy. There are many women in the society who were working priorly in their lives and doing very good as matter of fact I am one of them. Circumstances and situations changes in people's lives. I am not working on the "job" currently and earning money that's because I have chosen not to, having said that it doesn't make me less talented or lazy or whatever else people says in the society. People should respect one's decision instead of questioning it and passing judgemental comments. The day our world will be free of assumptions and expectations it will become a heavenly place for residing in it.

Yes...if one is not working or studying, people start to think they are nothing no matter if they have other talents.and people respect those who have job and degree.so it's a pressure to others who don't want to work.

For me, I don't care what other people will say. It is very old traditional thinking if they do this.
