It truly is the rainy season now. Since June 1st, we are enjoying the rains. Roars of thunder and flashes of lightning are in the dark skies. As usual, the dogs are ecstatic about the raindrops and are they are all outside in the veranda.
The weather disturbance already left the Philippine area of responsibility yesterday where it made its quick landfall in the farthest and northernmost town of our country.
Good thing we don't have flash floods here.

yes, rains are needed to keep our grounds cool and hydrated as well. and i too would prefer rains than the sweltering sun's rays.

yes, that song in my discussion is a melancholic song by Boy Mondragon and Donna Cruz. there are many songs that pertains to the rain.
'singing in the rain' i think is a soundtrack of an old vintage musical film.

@just4him my son is going out and it is already dusk. it might rain. i hope when he comes home maybe after 8PM, there will be no rain. it is so hard to get transportation when it rains.

yes and we are expecting for that as well. the major thing is, the sun's rays are partially hidden by the clouds and the wind blowing is cool

yes, for us, our electric fan seems to be working from sun up to sun down. even at night, our own fans in our rooms are also on.

i watched the news last night. there was an area there wherein the flood was 'lampas-tao' or the flood waters reached 5-6 feet high.

yes, but the one thing that we fear here is sudden power interruption or brownouts. it is so hard to move around without electricity.
