Had a friend over the weekend here

My husband brought home a ex friend who I now tolerate Friday night and took her back yesterday. So she spent the weekend with us pretty much. The only reason why I tolerate her and still trying to build my trust with her is because my husband slept with her over 14 years ago after they both said they would never sleep with each other. She lives about half hour from here and decided to come visit and got stuck here in town and no place to stay because her ride left her here. She messaged us asking what we were doing and decided to let her stay the weekend. I am trying to build my trust with both my ex friend and my husband. I just hope one day I can make her my actual friend over my ex friend I tolerate. I am leary on the situation. She does have 2 daughters...

Honestly, she might just be a wolf in sheep's clothing. I wouldn't let her near my house personally.

@carebear29 you two have had enough issues in the last year, don't think you need to add more to it from letting her around. but again, goodluck.

After that long of time like Courtney said I think it is best to move on from it. She sounds like trouble to me

It was nice of you to let her stay with you. Hopefully, things change.

Nice of you to let her stay the weekend. I probably would not have. She can get a ride home with Uber/Lyft or some other transportation if she's only 30 minutes away. Bus at least. Just curious - what does the 2 daughters have to deal with the situation or her having 2 daughters is suspicious cause they slept together??

After 14 years, it's probably time to move on from it. Especially since the real issue would be your husband (if you were together when it happened), not her. But hope it works out for ya.
