When I saw the "Rice and Beans" being sold at this Food 4 Less store, I was amazed at the new species of what appears to be a hybrid form of long grained brown rice and snap pea like beans encased in their shell still. Wow! Agricultural science never ceases to amaze me. Another example of how science has made its presence known in my food. (Seriously, I know its cinammon sticks and tamarind fruit pods. no idea, i even looked around for them. the barrels next to them were empty, so im assuming they werent out yet or they ran out.

im glad you recovered in time before it made you do a painful double take. the wind alone from the backdraft as it goes over your head is dangerous by itself.

well, according to this store thats not cinnamon, its a new kind of long grained brown rice. so, its rice. one grain of this rice makes a nice side dish.
